Our Studio

Clover Hill Studio Apartment is a private and self-contained studio apartment located on our property, at the end of the "Big Green Shed". It is a great place for couples or solo travellers to relax and unwind after a busy day on the Otago Gold Cycle & Walking Trail or after a day exploring the area, and is perfect for a getaway to the beautiful town of Milton.

 You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, or take a short walk into town to explore the shops and cafes. We are surrounded by paddocks, and the only noise you'll hear is the sound of birdsong and the occasional sheep bleating.

The studio apartment is detached from the main house, so you'll have complete privacy during your stay. You can enjoy your coffee on the private outdoor area, without having to worry about disturbing anyone else.
We have ample free parking on-site, secure storage and charging for your bikes/e-bikes.
